Skills Transfer Business Academy

(Providing Community Regeneration Support)

Introduction
We are challenged by the fact that Africa and other places of God’s creation are lying far behind in world development.

The Main Project
The scheme we are promoting here is called SKILLS TRANSFER BUSINESS ACADEMY.  It is a kind of a Community Academy in a particular location in an African country, starting from Ghana.  At this Academy, the entrepreneurs who are from the locality as well as successful entrepreneurs who work within the locality are encouraged to give business insights, business coaching, and work experience to emerging entrepreneurs in that locality.  This can happen in the form of work placement, tutorial and/or seminars.  The programme is designed in such a way that helps us in the task of raising the next generation of international entrepreneurs.

Academic Value
We award academic credits for what the emerging entrepreneurs learn, and we provide them with Certificates for the learning.

Local Academy Leader
We appoint local Academy leaders to oversee the Academies.  The Local Academy Leader is normally an experienced graduate worker, an experienced educationist, or a successful entrepreneur.

Duration
The programme can be completed between 12 and 24 months, under the advice of the local Academy Leader.

Financial Contributions
Financial contributions required for participation are negotiable, under the advice of the local Academy Leader.

International System Support
For this purpose, we are tasking our College of International Entrepreneurs in the UK to explore helpful partners for the student’s professional growth (particularly after their graduation).  Further the Maximilian International University College will provide a degree learning access to the graduates of the Academy who want to go further and acquire higher qualification (including degrees) in Management, Development, Professional Practice, or Narrative Research.  We will open doors here for those who excel in the Academy.  These two Colleges will drive the future prospects of graduates from our SKILLS TRANSFER BUSINESS ACADEMY.

Our Conviction
Again, we believe in growth (development).  We are convinced that effective entrepreneurship training using on-hand experts and working through skills transfer schemes is a viable key to community regeneration.  This design is a formidable access tool to the global economy.  We are convinced that the SKILLS TRANSFER BUSINESS ACADEMY is an effective starter.
