The EPL programme is built on a direction that requires personal transformation and proper corporate behaviour, respect for reasoned authority, and a step-by-step professional growth.

To participate in the programme, individuals must register (or commit to register) on a graduate course/programme with an accredited institution.

This EPL is a programme that is applying graduate-level projects and graduate studies to establish specialist learning, consultancies, and jobs in the following fields:

  • Community Participating Deans. Learners in this field have been admitted into various post-graduate courses (eg, MA in Community Development, MA in Narrative Research, and MA in Charity Management and Fundraising) in chartered UK Universities. Other deans work further to serve as education, foundation, and investment trustees.

  • International Exchange aimed at North-South Economic Development Relations

Emmanuel Kwadwo Boahen, BSc Computer Science (Systems Manager, Private and Public Sector Businesses, Ghana) – an emerging professional and an organizational board member of Maximilian.
